The front desk staff was superb, from check-in to checkout.
No ice machine.
An average sort of hotel for the rating, but the front desk staff was superior and made the stay much better than we expected.

Lots of room and comfortable.
Nothing.
This hotel is a little tucked away but nice and spacious. Great for family trips or extended stays the staff was friendly and close to restaurants, mall, and expressway.

Lots of room, and wifi.
No ironing board and iron drafty along the floor.
Standard room for long stays had a bed, desk, table, couch, chair TV, fireplace, kitchen, etc. No iron or ironing board, which was a problem. Had an issue with cold air leaking through the door seals and probably the fireplace. There was a draft of cold...Read More

Location and amenities.
Price went up dramatically over other previous stays at same hotel.
I cut the number of stays in half due to their price increase. Not a smart thing to do to a long term customer of that hotel.
The front desk staff was superb, from check-in to checkout.
