Air conditioner did not work well.
Not great. They did move us to another room after a contentious discussion about whether the AC was working or not. Beds were not very comfortable. Couldn't regulate the hot/cold water in the shower very easily.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious.
I liked everything about this hotel.
This was one of the finest hotels I have stayed in in a long time. Roomy. Warm staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean. Warm environment. I loved this hotel.

Friendliness of staff, very accommodating to our needs, fresh baked cookies every day.
Not much of a game room or area for kids to play would have liked an area for our family to congregate.
Loved the staff, the entrance area, and the set up in general. Very close to shopping & restaurants.
