The price.
The smells, and bathrooms.The bathrooms really needed to be redone. They were moldy, due to lack of ventilation, and the housekeeping was not really washing the floor all that well. The rooms were very smoky smelling, and they also smelled damp.

Location to highway, restaurant and stores.Sidewalk sloped towards room door so rain collected there.Good economy motel for travelers looking for a place to sleep convenient to Interstate I-24.
