Location and ease of access.The room had a strange smell and there was no iron and ironing board.Not a bad stay. The room had a funky smell and there was no iron or ironing board, but it was easy to get in and out of and the room was clean.

Room nice size, very clean, smoking but smell controlled excellent accommodations: frig, coffee, safe, hairdryer, ironing, breakfast room, etc.Partying very noisy college students across hallway. Stairway access only at ends of building, not many directional signs for vending etc.Very busy, waited long time to get checked in. Actual check-in was very fast when it was finally my turn. The hotel staff was friendly and granted me a late check out.The smell of the smoking rooms in the hallways.Fine for a one night stay. Village inn is in the parking lot, if you require a full breakfast. Both have wireless access.

Friendly staff and actually lowered our price because of visiting our son in the military.A little noisy, because of the location to parking lots.I was very pleased with the price verses accommodations good value.
