Housekeepers were friendly. Hotel quality was no good.
No breakfast and
I requested twin beds did not get it.

will stay in this hotel again.
I rather stay in manila peninsula more room space for my luggages.

Location.
Needs complete renovation, has older things in rooms, like in the bathroom it has old plastic shielding of light.
This hotel is fine. Don't expect 5 star. Its location is excellent. It does have gracious staff.

Bathroom was small, shower was old and there were unappealing cracks.

Excellent location for restaurant, shopping ,transportation accessesibility, and the staff are polite and really to assist you for your needs in no time.
Restaurants in the hotel are a bit pricey as compared to a more fancier rest nearby.
For a luxurious, comfortable, hotel like this. It is a bargain I intent to check in again next time I pay a visit to Manila.
