The hotel is very nice with friendly staff and its connected to a six story shopping mall.Nothing.The Holiday Inn Galleria is a great place to stay in Manila. I will definitely stay their again on my next trip.

The staff are very friendly, they represent the Filipino hospitality at its' best.Although my kids like the room (especially the marble floors) it needs updating.The hotel has very friendly staff. Convenient location, 110v outlets in bathroom, and prompt laundry service.Inconsistent room amenities.All in all, a good place to stay. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms not consistently updated (some rooms had more amenities/more updates than others).

Decent location, reasonable price compared to similar.Reception staff were less than friendly.Although the room I booked included breakfast, I had to provide proof which was heavily scrutinized. Since I had only booked the room for one night.

Junior suite not available so I was upgraded to huge suite no charge.My room key only worked once and had to go back to desk to reset 3 times.Galleria was a very nice hotel. Very clean and modern with friendly door staff. Breakfast buffet was high quality with variety. It is located very far from the airport however.
