The price is about it.
Overall building is out dated, poorly maintained mechanically and cosmetically.If you need a cheap place to stay and need no further amenities, this is a good place to stay.

The bed was comfortable.The room was cold, No hot water after 10am on a Saturday morning.Carpet in hallway was new, cleanliness was okay but the room electric heat was not heating. The water was hot when I first woke up but when I showered at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning it was ice cold.

Location.Needs updating, especially the air conditioning heating.Spend a little more , on something better. noisy heater, needs remodeling - stay somewhere else unless you like to worry about what you are sleeping in.
