The room is spacious, there's relax open area with chairs and tables on 2nd floor next to the pool.The pool is too small but it doesn't bother me.The receptionist day and night are friendly, even the staffs in breakfast or cleaning persons. The hotel is clean and tidy. I will return to this hotel again in my next visit.

Nothing.Area.The area was bad, the parking was a nightmare, and the area was too broad (Central LA), and we were given this hotel. I tried to change it, but was unable to.

Room was much larger than expected.Room was on busy main street-- a lot of street noise.Desk staff was very nice and professional. Room was large and clean. Street noise was substantial. Would stay again, but not on that side of hotel.

The extra amenities in the room Snapple juice, chips, candies mints, cotton swabs, robes.The pool/spa was closed.Close to shopping, Kinkos, and the Marina. One of the few hotels where you could actually open windows to get fresh air! The layout of rooms makes every room open to a corridor as well as the outside. Very comfortable beds and pillows.
