Clean and comfortable with reasonable access for LA.Parking spaces were too close together.We were very pleased with the hotel cleanliness and basic amenities provided, including a reasonable continental breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Location. Close to UCLA MED Center.Dirty floor in bathroom.Good location. Hotel staff helpful with TV remote. Parking very tight even for small cars. Room right up front. Still very quiet, good night sleep.

The cleaning staff was friendly and pleasant, the room was nice.I found the desk staff rude. I asked my friend was I being sensitive, she agreed they were rude.The desk staff charged me a fee for services, to be refunded at check-out if I didn't use and which I didn't. Close to beach.I asked for a extra pillow 8 hours no pillow and wouldn't get me one, couldn't sleep just went through a operation.The man at the desk was a jerk I will never stay there again, I asked when I checked for an extra pillow and an extra coffee, I even gave him the extra un-leaded coffee. Rooms are clean. Nice to have frig. Breakfast is okay.Staff does not go out of their way to be friendly or helpful.Good safe location. Parking can be limited.
