Overall Rating:
Very easy access (once you figure out how to get into the parking lot), convenient to area of interest. Great location.
A little confusing on how to actually get into the place.I enjoyed my single night stay Comfort Suites in Marion NC. The hotel was very clean and orderly and convenient to get to. Beds were very comfortable.

Very clean and the breakfast was OK.For being a indoor pool it was freezing. My kids lips were blue. I couldn't even get in it was so cold.The location of the hotel was perfect. Right off the main road. The rooms were very clean, but one of our bedspreads had a nice size black burn mark on it. The TV worked.Cockroach in bathroom. Maids took items from table. Front desk could not print receipt. No free internet.Billboard advertised free internet service. It was pay per use. The bill was less than the quoted price.The rooms facing the road were noisy.We were not told that the hotel was renovating but the bill reflected this fact. The staff was incredibly kind and made you feel at home in the hotel.It was near a highway and the indoor pool was a bit chilly.Although the hotel and staff provided a good experience during our stay there the problem we had was that when we received our bill at check out. This practice is dishonest.
