The location.
It could have been cleaner, the room was worn and the public areas were tacky.The hotel is right off of the interstate and the state police office is right next store. Helpful to my needs and wants, and our free samples was very nice.The smell in the hallways and room lobby did not smell.This hotel isn't to bad for people that's not picky. The heating/air conditioners, really need to be kept up and cleaned. It smelled very bad and was extremely dirty. Basic facilities. Clean. Staff helpful, warm. It was cold when we visited. Room basic and clean. Showere basic but clean. Good economy motel.Just a bit small. Parking spaces very small. They were courteous and gave me assistance when I needed it.No iron in the room.It is a very nice place to stop on a business trip. It's close to a major roadway and close to the place where my meeting was held. I would go back again.

I booked three rooms for four people and we were all very happy about our selection if was very clean and when we travel that is the most important.The breakfast area could be a little bigger only had two tables.Very convenient, clean and comfortable and reasonable rates. Would stay there again.
