 Positive Comment - Convenient location, great airport shuttle service and a very nice hot breakfast included.

 Negative Comment - Room could have been a little cleaner, but all in all not that bad.

Review - I was very happy with the hotel. We had all the conveniences I was looking for and all met my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

 Negative Comment - Beds very old & carpet nasty.

Review - Needs updated rooms big time. I did like the location, but exercise room - poor, beds extremely uncomfortable, carpet stained, bath outdated. I will never stay there again.

Review - This is a very tired property. It is not kept well and housekeeping in the rooms as well as public areas is very poor. Just a very dirty, bad smelling hotel.

 Positive Comment - Had a great a/c and safe for valuables - good size room.

 Negative Comment - Room cleaning staff sub-par, phone system poor, parking lot lights prevent darkening rooms at night.

Review - The cleaning staff needs a supervisor to who ensures all rooms are cleaned properly each day. The phone system needs upgrading. The parking lot lights should be turned away from the building so that the drapes/blinds will do the job of darkening the room ...Read More

 Positive Comment - Pleasant lobby, good breakfast.

 Negative Comment - Our room had a strong moldy smell and felt a little damp.

Review - The lobby was nice, and the staff provided quick assistance, but the room was a little uncomfortable due to the smell and dampness. We were thankful that the room was really quiet.

 Negative Comment - Bathrooms could be upgraded. Toilet paper holder had lots of toilet paper dust on it.

Review - This is a business hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable with easy access to Dave and busters or Harrah�s casino in St. Charles.

Review - Not bad. Relatively new and well-kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was our fault, not the hotel's. For travelers who have a need for a hotel in the area, this one is a good one!
