Asked for ground floor & actually got it.
Would have liked a luggage rack in the room.I liked having a fridge & microwave. I would stay again.

Nothing.It felt unsafe, poor air condition, office attendant spoke no English. Couldn't get CC to work, had to pay cash.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was lopsided, in door need of a paint job, it appeared to be a haven for the homeless. Their outdoor carpet on stairs/pathway was filthy! I liked the location, and there was a restaurant close by.The room phones did not work.The hotel was clean, liked the heat fan in the bathroom. I think the nonsmoking rooms should be on the bottom floor.

Conveniently located off of the freeway.Horrible customer service.The rooms were not clean or in good condition, the service was horrible and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
