Great service personnel, light airy rooms.Timeshare pressure. Loudspeakers at pool.So-so. Remote, so somewhat captive. Too much money for food. Pool was pretty but crowded. Beach not swimmable. Decor was a little over the top. Stuffed animal heads on the bar walls? All of the extras they offer sound good but are bogus.

Located near wedding we attended, great kids pool.Took too long to check in, didn't have king bed until following day.The Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay is a great hotel if all you want to do is lounge by the pool.
