The staff was excellent.
The only thing we were disappointed in is that there was little choice in TV stations.This is our second time staying at the Hyatt Place and we enjoyed both. It is an excellent hotel. Room was great.Breakfast should have been better for the price of hotel.The room was large. Loved the flat screen TV. The mattress was not as comfortable as expected, though. For the price paid for the hotel, the breakfast should have been better.
