need was attended. The room was GREAT a little crowded but we had a view of the peabody and could hear all of the music and celebration going on it was great!

Close to entertainment.Drop down ceilings in the bathroom - needs updating.Nice location but not a place I would recommend other than to sleep. Very dated.

The location of the hotel was a bonus. The hotel manager was extremely courteous and helpful as were the other members of the staff.N/AThe hotel is in an excellent location for those who wish to explore the downtown locations of Memphis. We found the hotel staff was very helpful especially the hotel manager who took time to chat with us.
