Proximity to highway and Beale Street.
Valet seemed a little confused when I pulled up in my car. But in the end he was helpful.
Very nice no-frills hotel. Everything was clean, everything worked, the staff was ready for my arrival and had me checked in and headed to my room within 5 minutes. Very nice facilities for the price and the location cannot be topped.

Limited parking for check in.
Great place to stay if in Downtown Memphis. Plenty of room and comfortable. Hot breakfast and hot tub on the roof to top it off!

Very close to Beale street.
Did not have a pool.
This is a great hotel. Its very close to Beale Street, looks nice & is very safe. The breakfast was also very tasty. My only complaint is that it said it had a pool & it in fact does not only a small Jacuzzi on the roof, which is nice.

The employees were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean.
That they did not pay for the parking and wanted $10 more to valet than the parking garage charged.
This hotel is very nice. It is perfect right along the trolley route and easy access to many attractions in the town. The parking is the worst thing. I feel if the validation of parking was included in the price of the room it would have been acceptable.
