Location. Free breakfast. Safe in room. It was a bit expensive. The hotel was clean, comfortable. Our room was pretty spacious. It has been remodeled and had nice furnishings. The garage was convenient to the elevator, not a long walk. I'd stay here again in Memphis.

Great pool! Good location! Safe! Very nice, good price, would go back! Can't think of a thing. Totally recommend it for anyone who would like a nice place that isn't too expensive, yet close to all the downtown attractions. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Carpet needed cleaned or replaced. The hotel was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
