The cleanliness and how you were greeting upon enter the hotel.
We were facing Beale Street which was very noisy.
The hotel was beautiful we would certainly stay at another Westin.

Updated treatments, great color and nice furniture.
Wish there were a hair dryer in the room.
I would stay there again and recommend this hotel to my family, friends and business people.

There was no swimming pool.
