It had a heated indoor pool.
Housekeeping skipped our room.

The clerk at the front desk in the evening was helpful and courteous.
I expected it to be nice and clean, the general appearance was not clean.
I expected the best western hotel to take pets. We were traveling with our, and when we got to the hotel they would not take our dog, nor would they cancel our reservation. It was very inconvenient.

Great beds wonderfully appointed rooms.
Hotel was fantastic.
The hotel is lovely. The beds are fabulous. Only problem with hotel, spa tubs did not work.

Indoor pool.
Dirty tables for breakfast had to ask to have them cleaned.
The hotel was located right off the freeway. Inside was clean and staff was friendly. A young girl was working the front desk on Wednesday evening, and she was very sweet and nice and helpful with directions.
