Friendly service, good location.
Pool and hot tub very small.
I was charged twice, once by you and once by the hotel, the staff at the hotel fixed the problem the same day I called to tell them about it, very helpful.

The spa.
They had roaches, molded pillows and some staff was very rude.
I would not ever recommend this hotel to any one. Some of the staff was rude. There was mold on one of the pillows. It was so bad that I even filled out their questionnaire and turned it in. I would never stay there again.

The hotel was in a central location in Mesa.
The quality of the room and service was poor.
I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The rooms were not very clean and the hotel staff was very rude when I asked for service. They were not helpful in any way. I requested a king-size bed and they gave me 2 double beds. They did not try to compri...Read More
