Refunded room fee when we fled right after check-in.Filthy, smelly rooms with black mold!This was the worst hotel I ever had the displeasure of experiencing. When we checked out 12 hours after checking in!It was run down, unkempt and very filthy!The day�s inn civic center in downtown Miami is a roach infested filthy place. Considering it costs more than the Wenham when they have specials, it is a wonder people stay @ this place @ all.

Free shuttle to Amtrak but they lie about availability and times on the phone.Mean/rude staff, dirty, 0 star hotel should be condemned.Horrible treatment towards me, females have major attitude, males including manager, Carlos, was real nice. Good and competitive priceLocation could be desiving during night time.I had a good time when I stayed there. I was in Miami to undergo a surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital. I felt welcome by staff and willing to help me and my wife.
