The location was excellent. Real close to the port.N/AWe were very pleased with the overall appearance of the hotel and the employees of the hotel. The location is very close to the port where we were going to get on a cruise ship. We would definately recommend this hotel to any of our friends.

Cleaning staff offered us extra towels in the afternoon which was very nice.Front desk people were very very poor, almost seem to be hiding behind the desk and offered no help.Location was good, very old hotel but clean. Front desk people were worthless, seemed like you were interrupting something every time you approached them.

Excellent location in heart of South Beach.Terrible smell of moisture, rooms, bathrooms and hallways need urgent renovation.Although location is excellent, I won't recommend this hotel. The smell of moisture which indicates fungus is terrible and bathrooms definitely needs renovation. Staff is not bad, but also not more as moderate. It was in great location for a lot of activities.The staff was rude and had attitudes for no reason.Prime location for food and clubs. The rooms are small but its kind of like being in a college dorm room. Good if you just need some where to put your thing and half way sleep before you get up and go out again.

It had running water.Pretty much everything was substandard.The beds were hard as wood and had springs poking you. The pillows were stiff and uncomfortable. The service was surly and rude.
