Although we had to pay for valet service, it was worth the money. The service was excellent and staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.Breakfast was not complimentary.I loved its Coconut Grove location. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The hotel was very cute and quaint and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The maid service was also excellent.

The staff is friendly.The carpet in the bedroom had a huge black spot. The bedroom was too small. No restaurant at the hotel. N/ADid not get double beds, had to pay for cot 2 nights, hit with $23 /day parking bill, and carpet was damp.Extra parking of $23 per day (on top of cot fee). There was not an adequate number of towels in the room based on occupancy, and I felt like the staff was treating me as a budget customer.
