Positive Comment - Very convenient to the AA Arena and the Waterfront Port.

Negative Comment - Small, slow, and unreliable elevators. Had to be rescued by firefighters.

Review - The hotel was nicely appointed and very conveniently located. The three elevators were not sufficient to handle a full hotel. They were slow, noisy and unreliable. Staff was not helpful when we asked to use the stairs.

Positive Comment - The close proximity to the pier and entertainment.

Negative Comment - Very noisy. Construction on roof until 6pm then in room next door at 8am!!!

Negative Comment - Charged to park and very little of parking.

Review - We stayed one night we enjoyed bayside shops across the street and the hotel is a little dated but nice.
