Excellent breakfast included.Hidden fees, tried to charge for parking although, the add said parking was free.Good hotel. Overall, very positive experience. Very comfortable bed, clean room and excellent hot breakfast included in room rate. Disliked the hidden "resort" fee and their attempt to charge for the advertised free parking.

Beach and pool, location good.Staff, rooms way past their time, spa should be closed down.Having to wait until 3 for a room, 4 for an updated room that was redone several years ago, having to pay 1.00 per item to place in storage while waiting for our room, water scalding hot, spa should be shut down, green water in hot tub. Would not go back.

Location (ocean front).A bit run down, paint peeling off, outdates look.Price is too much considering the hotel conditions. If you're laid back and can enjoy just being in the ocean front, that's ok. Room was delivered 1:30 later than check in time.

I liked that it had a mini kitchen with everything you could need if you'd decided to eat in the room, I also liked the service in the restaurant.It was too far from Miami beach, and the menu in the restaurant was very limited and overall expensive.It's good if you are short of money, it's only to sleep there; the bad side is that the shuttle is too limited, but considering that not all hotels offer that service, I think it was good overall.
