Very close to MIA, arranged shuttle to port.No dining or lounge.Good place to catch a good nights rest before continuing with travel/vacation.

The hotel don't have a manythings to buy for eat.Good hotel but the rates are expensive. Need more rates.

The breakfast was ok. Just the norm. Toast. Cereal. Juice. The juice was warm. The older man working @ 3 am the morning we left was fantastic.The staff was very unfriendly and didn't seem to care about our issues. For example. Our room had no hot water. We showered in a room up the hall.Overall it was ok. Not somewhere I would stay for an extended amount of time. But ok for short visits. We only stayed 2 nights. Convenient location.Receptionist was not able to provide a non-smoking room.Very dissatisfied. Poor excuses, swimming pool was broken.

It served breakfast.The shuttle van was slow in picking us up from the airport.It was decent. Breakfast was not extravagant but met our needs. The van was very slow in getting us from the airport. Everything else was fine.
