We are Michigan City's only full-service hotel. Meeting room facilities on premises. Located five miles from Lake Michigan beaches, Marina and Washington Park Zoo. Lighthouse Premium Outlet Mall five miles away. Two-room suites with single occupancy whirlpool bath tub. Indoor pool with poolside rooms available at an extra charge. Rooms available with outside drive-up entrance as well as rooms with interior corridors. The indoor pool and the whirlpool will be closed for renovations until April 30, 2009.

Location.
Carpet was very dirty. The security door was always unlocked. Very noisy.The price of a one night stay at this hotel is very over priced. It needs to be updated or cleaned and something needs to be done about the very hard beds and noise in the hallways.

The location was convenient.Over priced.I did not like the dirty dishes in the hallway. Check in time was 4:00 PM and checkout was 11:00 AM.

Good location to main highways, front office very helpful.No continental breakfast.It was a non smoking room that reeked of smoke. Internet worked fine.

Helpful and friendly staff.Our first room sounded like there was a jet flying overhead, there must have been a generator right near our rm. Beds & pillows could have been better.Hotel was clean and comfortable enough. Felt like we stayed in the older part of the hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Nothing.Filthy, smelled, grungy, loud (walls like paper), etc.I will never stay here again. I felt like I needed to wear shoes everywhere, and I was uncomfortable in the shower, since it was filthy.

Staff when checking in was very friendly.Cannot think of anything.I would just like to apologize for the screaming kid in the middle of the night I think it was totally inappropriate and it was not one of my kids it was the friend with me his grandson. Sorry for any complaints you may have had.

Staff helpful in dealing with problems.Toilet broken, reservations confused, incorrectly billed.There is a new area and an old area--avoid the old area!!! New area is nice. Pool area has limited hours but is clean. Maids strip beds and take away sheets to wash, so don't plan on going back to your room during the day--really irritating!

Convenient location.The room was muggy and smelled like sweat.The HVAC did not work and it was very uncomfortable. When we asked for new rooms the person just said it is and old hotel and the other rooms will be the same.

Right location for what we needed.Our first night when we stayed, our door was locked. They never was in our room .we had to go to another room.We had paid for 2_nights. They had us down for one night, would not stay there again.
