Cleanliness: 6.0 - Staff: 6.5 - Location: 6.0

Overall Rating:
Free breakfast and internet was fast.
Maids don't speak English, the hotel allowed indecency in public and a pit bull to roam the halls.
When I arrived I thought it was good but afterwards I was almost uncontrollably upset. We left and I asked the maids to clean the room because we would only be gone a couple hours. They didn't speak English so it never got cleaned in the three days we wer...Read More

Price.
This hotel was nice.

Overall Rating:
It was quiet.
It was not as easy to find as I initially thought.
If I get a chance to back to Salt Lake I would choose a different hotel. I do not know how to adequately put it. Maybe if it was easier to find I may have a different opinion. Everything else was not great but was not bad either.

Best location for the visits I made in Salt Lake City.
Not that clean, some issues that could be easily fixed.
The bed spread had a cigarette burn, one castor on the desk chair was broken making it impossible to use, and overall cleanliness was suspect. The room reminded me of my dorm room in college, very utilitarian. The bed was nice and firm which made the stay...Read More

Breakfast, eating place, hot tub, computer--all were available if wanted/needed. Bed was comfortable.
A bit far from I-15 . The breakfast area was too small if a lot of people came to eat at the same time.
I would stay at this motel again. My room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable!

Not much.
We were put in a smoking room.
Wasn't what we wanted but all we could get that night

Overall Rating:
I only cared for the friendliness of the staff.
Dirty, broken bed frame, blood stain on the mattress.
I found the hotel difficult to locate, difficult to access because of the traffic patterns on the street they were located. Although the staff was friendly and helpful I found the building to need more up keep, the bed spread had burn holes, all over it. ...Read More

The night receptionist was very friendly.
We placed a reservation for a 2 bed room and someone changed that reservation to 1 bed without consulting us.
For the price, in addition to ending up with a smaller room than reserved, I would rather spend $10 more for a nicer reservation.
