The staff was very pleasant and helpful when we needed directions.It was run down.The hotel was fine for what we needed it for. We went to a concert so we were in the actual room very little. Convenient to summer fest grounds.Dirty ashtray, toilet didn't flush good, had to wait to long for shuttle.I may try this hotel again. Staff was pleasant. Never went into the bar area, but it looked wonderful and festive. Would have thought that I wouldn't come into a dirty ash tray and the toilet could have flushed better. The location was perfect. Close to festival grounds and downtown.Shuttle service does not run after 7 Pm. Which means you can go to dinner but not get back.Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean. Location & parking facilities.My fault - forgot to ask a non smoking room.I liked the location and parking. Front desk was pleasant and the rooms were nice sized. The hotel was very booked so the elevators were some what of a problem.
