Location, price, and decor. Bathroom was dirty when we arrived, mold in tub, hair on toilet, water glasses dirty. I have stayed here before, hotel is starting to look more worn, bathroom was dirty.

The lobby was clean and modern, as were the lounge and bar areas. The room was spacious (2 couches, 2 tvs)---really a sitting room and a bedroom. The gym was not 4-star quality (old machines, not many machines and room not very up to date). Also, vanity area outside of bathroom had no door. The hotel lobby and lounge/bar were very clean and modern. Front desk staff very nice. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was worn: wall paper falling off, lamp stained, drawer broken; coffee maker small (2 cup); no pool. Nice hotel but not 4 star. Rooms needs to be kept up and maintained better. The wall paper was actually peeled off the wall and hanging there.
