You had to use your room key to access guest rooms.
There were stains on the chaise lounges in both rooms that I reserved, and no bathtubs!
I have stayed at economy rated hotels that had more amenities than the Westin. The Westin Minneapolis is definitely not a hotel I will visit again, or anyone else that I tell for that matter.

The food at Bank but marginal at best they served me a rotten arugula salad twice!
