You had to use your room key to access guest rooms.There were stains on the chaise lounges in both rooms that I reserved, and no bathtubs!I have stayed at economy rated hotels that had more amenities than the Westin. The Westin Minneapolis is definitely not a hotel I will visit again, or anyone else that I tell for that matter.
