Location.
Late noise in the parking lot.Hotel and facilities were very good and location is good as far as shopping and restaurants are concerned.

Clean.No hot water.This hotel is beautiful, the parking is poor, and there was not any hot water.

People on the desk were helpful and friendly. Lots of parking.We were on the lower level and it was quite hot and humid especially in the pool area.We have stayed there four times and been very satisfied The breakfast is very well organized and there is plenty of seating. Over all I would say it is very good except for the lower level.
