Nice balcony, big open room, clean.
Toilet didn't work properly. Maintenance man knocked with do not disturb on door.Nice for business travel, appealing courtyard and pool. The breakfast was minimal.

The staff was all very helpful and kind.Not much of a lobby.This hotel is fine for anyone just wanting a clean and safe place to sleep. It is convenient to various roadways. There is not too much ambiance, but I think the friendly and helpful staff make up for the lack of tasteful surroundings.

Friendly staff, great pool and landscaping, nice patios and balconies for every room.Beds were hard, rooms could use some repair.They had options like a nice pool, wireless was available in my room. The breakfast is good, and they provide the internet service in the lobby.The room is too old and door cannot close properly.The lobby looks fine, but the room is terrible. If you just need someplace to stay overnight (check-in late, and check-out early), then it is an ok choice.

Staff was friendly.Security an issue and the shower head trickled water.I would not recommend this hotel. I felt like a room invader could easily come through the door.

In-room wireless internet, eggs at breakfast, fridge in room no extra charge, room well cleaned, TV worked fine, good shower head, iron/hairdryer fine.Exterior dingy, hallways smell like cleaner, requested wake up call never came (2 days), drapes covered AC, mattress very poor, staff unfriendly.Please see above.

Our request for 2 beds was honored right away.The smell in the room was not good.The up side is relatively convenient for Universal Studios visitors, friendly staffs, close to highway and restaurants. Not a whole lot.Rooms are dingy and need remodeling.For a non-smoking room, smelled like smoke. The condition of the room is semi- worn down. Hall ways are dingy. This hotel would rank in the single star category. The hotel is located in a seedy part of town.
