Location.
Dirty, stinky. Cigarette smoke smell everywhere. Urine smell in the bathroom.If you dream of walking into a smoke-saturated lobby, scraping ashes off your continental breakfast, gasping for air in your nicotine "non-smoking" room, and cleaning up in a bathroom with the aroma of old urine all around, then this is the place for you....Read More

The staff was overall rather helpful and nice.The carpets were stained; the rooms were musty and blah.While understanding that Moberly is a small town, this was the least pleasant of three that were available. I would choose the Best Western or Holiday Inn Express over this hotel anytime! We actually paid only a few dollars more for a 3 star in St. Louis ...Read More

Motel was clean, beds comfortable, had a refrigerator. Small table.Older building and furnishings clean but could have used some repair.The motel was clean, beds comfortable, room had a frig. felt safe, had a complementary breakfast of toast, bagels, cereal, juice and coffee. Bathroom was dated but clean. Furnishings were worn but functional. Could hear outside noise on the first floor.

Location and people.One the place was over run with out of control kids.Fine place, but would not control the drinking parents and out of control kids.

The front desk person was friendly.Not clean and did not feel very safe.Not very clean, requested a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke.
