The location. The price.
Noisy.
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I have stayed at many hotels! The main reason was that we were placed right above a bar that played LOUD music until 01:00AM and we had an early drive the following day. I did not expect this.

The hotel was under construction and the front entrance was closed, so you had to walk around to a side entrance/exit.
The room including bathroom appeared to be an older room with some surface upgrades (light fixture, mirror), but the carpeting was worn and the furniture was dated.
