Overall Rating:
Location, parking convenience, clean & comfortable room. 
Outside pool was hard to get. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, complimentary breakfast.

Pool was heated indoors. No Manager On duty. The on line picture wasn't representative of the true hotel. Not secure. Spiders in Bathroom. $ higher than advertised. The hotel room was not as pictured on line. I had asked for non-smoking and received a room smokers had been in, or the hotel staff smoked in. Overall Rating:
Location, staff, price. Mold in the bathroom, weak shower. Was old Ramada, could be an excellent location and value with a little tune up.

Rooms were nice and clean. Need better lighting in rooms. Very pleased.

Complimentary breakfast was a hot breakfast instead of quick pastries and cereals. Actual deluxe king room did not meet expectations. Good location, nice friendly staff, bathroom and room amenities did not meet expectations.
