3 blocks from key location.
Bed a little worn.This was just a place to sleep for the night and it filled that requirement well. I would not like to have to spend a lot of time in the room or motel.

The room was clean and well appointed.The common interior areas were shabby.Very friendly staff, clean room.

It was convenient to my business needs.Breakfast schedule did not meet my needs.It has the necessary amenities. The staff was reasonably accommodating.

Easy parking.On very busy street.Just fine and you must always remember you are in Modesto - not New York - it is a very nice mid price Motel.

The clerk was honest. "Safest to park up front by light.�There was a dirty looking rag left under the bed, Nasty!Considering the location, the room was over priced. The carpet had stains and was probably ready for a good deep cleaning or replacement. You wouldn't want your daughter to stay there alone, the area is seedy.
