Very pleasant staff.Way too many smoking rooms, not enough non-smoking rooms!There were more smoking rooms than non-smoking rooms. The Business center had one computer and was very slow. I liked its location.Staff did not behave in a completely professional manner, and children were running around like it was a campground.Good enough for a night but too expensive for a poor upgrade. I would hate to stay in a regular room.

Had snacks all day at downstairs, nice workout rooms.All staff smokes in front of Hotel groups of 5 or more.Very nice hotel right across the street from mall, can walk over.
