There was a problem with the AC unit in our room. We were promptly moved to another room which had a broken sofa bed. We were immediately given a new and upgraded room each time. Things will break, it's a given. The staff was quick to give us new accommod...Read More

The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Having the housing cleaning come knock on the doors at 9 am.
I like the hotel a lot. The staff was very nice. Showed southern hospitality for sure. Would definitely use the hotel for further visits.

Location, cleanliness, price, and service were the high points.
Pool was not open, whirlpool did not work.
Overall, a good experience except for the fact the pool was not open and the fitness room whirlpool did not work.
Convenient and comfortable.
