Very tidy. Right next to a gas station. Pillow top mattress was very comfortable and the room & motel though older was clean and well maintained.

Convenient location, walk able distance to DT Monterey. Insufficient parking, so-so staff, not an especially friendly place. Convenience to aquarium. You price gouged us. Should have cost a lot less. Hotel was fine, but we discovered we were charged at least $35 more than we should have been charged.
