Convenient to golf venues and restaurants. An odor in room and large stain on carpet. A basic room with no special amenities.

It was cheap for the area. It was dirty, and there was no remote control for the TV. Decent location, but dirty and in need of an update.

N/A The shower drain was so poor that the water pooled. This hotel was convenient & close to downtown Monterey and the featured tourist attractions. However, the drain in the shower was so slow that water backed up & pooled up to your ankle, dirty water all around your feet was irritating!

The clerk was really nice and easy to talk to. The role bed was not comfortable, springs were hurting went through the bed. When we came in, there were limited space for parking. The room was crowded but enough to move around in. The TV was not working properly, the screen was mostly red. I did try to fix it using the Tint, Color, etc. but it still would work. Nice room style/comfort for star rating. Cramped room. The room, a queen, was relatively nice for the level of hotel, clean and comfortable. However, it was a little costly for a room at that level, cramped. A lot in a little space. Not a lot of parking, which was a little inconvenient.

The location was good. Very small room that smelled horrible due to cooking in manager suite below. This hotel was atrocious. The manager suite below was loud and the very strong smell from their Indian cooking permeated in the room for the duration of the stay.
