Very clean. Comfortable beds.There really was nothing.Great hotel. Truly a warm pool which was nice. It is a walk to downtown, but not bad. Shopping area across the street. You do have to drive to the Aquarium.

Just the location.It wasn't clean.Good location but very poor regarding service etc. The price which I paid in advance is too high for those kind of hotels. The direct room rate on the balcony is a little bit more attractive.

Convenient and responsive to customer needs.The bathroom needs repair.This hotel in conveniently located and well priced in Monterey. The staff was what one would expect of a more upscale hotel and made our stay very comfortable.
