The staff was very friendly. Checkout was easy, you just called the front desk and leave your key.

They had good snacks for the kids in the afternoon. Breakfast was good too.The bathtub needed to be refinished. It looked filthy. The room was tiny. We had to move aside so others could walk past in the room.I would have rather spent a little more for more space and a much cleaner bathtub. They need to renovate their rooms. Two rooms would be equal to one room elsewhere. We inquired about changing rooms, but they said all of the rooms were the same size.

The beds, they were very comfortable, making for a good night rest.I liked everything about the hotel.The hotel was located in an area that was near many of the places I needed to visit. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. I would stay at this hotel again or recommend it to my friends.

The Ethernet works here, continental breakfast was awesome!Hard to get to the hotel.If you book with the hotel itself it is cheaper. Charged me $20 extra-how is that cheaper for the consumer? The hotel itself is nice and clean. It is family friendly, but is hard to get too.

The hotel was clean, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. They also had a wide variety of TV channels.The internet service did not work in the first room we were assigned. We ended up having to change rooms, as internet access was a requirement.The hotel employees were extremely helpful and cheerful. The rooms were clean, and I felt extremely safe.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean and staff was very nice.Light switches were hidden and confusing. The bathroom was awkward.This hotel was conveniently located to the Alabama Shakespeare Festival which is a frequent place for us to visit. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was clean and fresh.

Like everything about the hotel.Nothing to tell.I liked the hotel because I stayed in a king room with a sofa on a previous visit. When I booked the King Room, it did not come with a sofa in the room. They tried to upgrade me but their system would not let me.
