Cleanliness and price. 
Nothing. This is absolutely the cleanest hotel Ive ever stayed in. Free wireless internet, great continental breakfast, everything in this place is brand new. Bennigan's restaurant on premises.

Continental breakfast and free coffee and tea at any time. The hotel had a strange smell to it. Desk staff weren't really very personable, except one person. It was OK. I don't think I'd stay again though. Didn't feel like the service was very personal. If I was desperate and couldn't find anything else, I guess I'd stay.
