Location was near downtown.
Could have had more choice in breakfast, had jam and cross ants. Peanut butter.
We just wanted a place to stay overnight as we were there for a wedding, it was not fancy but ok for that.

Convenient location.
We were put in a smoking room when I do not smoke and there was no possibility of changing rooms.
I was gross and everything my friend and I took into the room smelled like smoke when we left.

Location was great.
Dirty.
The room we stayed in probably was not cleaned in a few weeks, cigarette butts everywhere, zigzag rolling papers in the room, beer bottles, stains on the blankets, no parking.

There was nothing.
Where do I Start.
Hotel was very hard to find with very little signs for direction or to spot it as a tourist. Beds were not clean, poor water pressure for showering. Fridge in room did not work, front desk was not very helpful, no drinking glasses or ice bucket, I can go ...Read More

Great location to walk to all city sites.
Too noisy at night with young people partying, dated décor.
Too noisy for middle age couple. The hotel was full and we could not change room, so we stayed in the colder room one night. Everything was working well in the second room. However, the bigger issue is the noise at night. This is party central in Montreal...Read More

Nothing.
Rooms, staff, location, cleanliness, customer service, star level, quality, service.
Upon walking into the hotel, the two men at the reception didnt have a clue as to what language I was speaking. After bringing forth my finch speaking skills, I manage to tell them that I had a reservation and they were in shock, indicating they had no r...Read More

Comfortable bed.
Minimal décor.
If you just want a place to crash that's centrally located while you're in Montreal, you could consider the economic lodge. A B&B would offer the same economy and would feel more like you were actually on a vacation, however.

Central location and good price.
A bit runs down. Towels removed not changed, cheap pillows, loud Air conditioning.
If you're not too fussy about quality, the place is fine and very convenient. It's not dirty, but it has a much worn feel to it. The name "Econolodge" says it all. If you're on a tight budget, it's economical but don't expect too much.

Nothing!
The location is very dangerous. I would go even go outside at night.
This hotel is in a horrible location. It is not in downtown Montreal. It is located in the Latin Quarter. The buildings that surround the hotel are painted with graffiti. It was not a safe neighborhood to walk in after dark. I think you get my point. Ther...Read More
