Staff was very eager to help.
Wished the restaurant had a light breakfast instead of the full buffet.
The hotel was pleasant enough, but missed a few amenities that I used to having in my room such as a microwave, small refrigerator and safe. The staff was very helpful and polite.

The Marriott was right in the heart of Montreal, the location was great. The hotel breakfast was a little pricey and cold but the staff and their kindness made all the difference.

The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Needs better quality towels.
The beds were very comfy, the staff is very friendly and courteous. When asked for directions, they were very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and in a great location.

Location and the pool attendant was very friendly and helpful.
Old hotel which needs bath renovations. Comfort of mattress fair.
Staff was helful albeit not overly friendly. Mattresses not that comfortable and baths need renovation. Pool area needs some decor enhancement. This is an old hotel needing updating. You will have to walk about 3 blocks for breakfast.

The overall atmosphere was great.
Nothing!
Great place for the price, great location in the heart of downtown, we were able to walk almost everywhere we needed to go. Within minutes of a lot of shopping and restaurants.
