Positive Comment - The second room we stayed in was very nice. Location to Metro was wonderful.

Negative Comment - Customer service was unreasonably bad on our first night. Parking is a rip-off.

Negative Comment - Dirty parking lot, stale cigarette smell everywhere, and smell of cheap motel in halls.

Review - This hotel needs a makeover and imposition of a non-smoking policy. It smells stale cigarettes and cheap motel air-freshener in an effort to mask the former. Oddly in cosmopolitan Montreal, the hotel's bar closes at 11:30 pm on week nights.
