Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
N/AI originally was looking for a hotel in Ouray, but nothing was available (at a reasonable) price, so found this hotel on priceline for a much more reasonable price than in Ouray and only about a 30-40 minute drive to Ouray from Montrose.

Convenient location, friendly staff, cleans facility.N/AAttended a conference there. One of the speakers was not provided proper writing tool for the whiteboard. The guest room was fine.
