Positive Comment - too expensive, even as a pricelined bid room

Negative Comment - too expensive at $55. this was equivalent to a Motel 6 in comfort

Review - If you have to stay in Mt Dora, the only thing that recommends this hotel is it sits next to a bar that you'll want to get drunk at before going back to your room.

Negative Comment - Distance from town, not clean enough.

Review - Pretty lake view, breakfast fair-needed more space to sit down. Bath floor should be cleaned, swept etc.

Negative Comment - Our room faced a restaurant that was a little noisy.

Review - We had a great time. The clerk, who checked us in, went out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great value.
